Is shopping at Vertically Blessed safe?
Yes - We use PayPal (a recognised online standard) to process all online payment transactions.

Do you have a larger range than on the webpage?
The website currently has our full range of stocked items. We are a new business, and are looking to increase our range for taller women soon. If there is an item you would particularly like to see, let us know throught the feedback or contact us pages. We love to hear what customers want.

Do the pants come in a smaller size than 10?
Some of our styles come in 8-24. The black pants come in size 8 and so too the low rise jeans. Also, the drill pants are a slim fit, so a size 10 drill pant is closer to a size 8.

Are the Black Pants stretchy and do they have pockets?
No they do not have pockets. Pockets add bulk and take away from the streamlined effect. There is a bit of stretch, but not a lot.

Will you be stocking long clothes made by popular brands?
We established our own label as there are not popular brands in Australia making genuine long clothes, however we have recently started stocking one of the top USA long brands.


What will the postage be after the end of Feb? p.s finally someone who thinks of the vertically blessed, love the name!!!
Flat rate of 9 dollars worldwide regardless of how many garments you order. And we love the name too.

Where do you get big shoes?
There is Rosenbergs in Melbourne, Sizeable shoes in Sydney (see our links page). willowshoes.co.nz has a good website also.

Will you be adding pants suitable for office work?
Our number one selling item is our black pants. A number of customers have bought two and three pairs as they wear them everyday to work, so take a look at them on our shopping page. We have coming in April 2 more coloursd in these pants too.

Will you be including more colours in the range. I would really love track pants and jackets in black and navy?
As the business grows, we certainly plan to have more colours in both track tops and track pants.

Clicking on the moving eyes gives close up photos of the item. These show about as much detail as possible in only a few photos

Do you have a mailing list so that when you get new products we can be made aware?
Yes. On the Contact Us Page there are boxes to tick for email and or regular mail. You will be notified of new stock and specials we have from time to time.

Do you make the pants in varying lengths? 84- 86cm in side seam?
At this stage just the one length. Our aim is to provide long clothing that is not available elsewhere. They can of course always be taken up.


My bust is between a size 14 and 16 and my waist is a size 14. What size would do you recomend?
Our tops are quite generous, so a size 14 should be fine.

My waist is size 14 and my hips are size 12 What size pants would you recommend?
The waist measurement is more important than the hips, so go with the size 14.

What are the measurements for size 8 please?
Each size changes by roughly 5cm, so for a size 8, Bust 85cm, Waist 70cm, Hips 95cm

Are your clothes suitable for the not-quite-as-vertically-blessed woman i.e. around 172cm tall?
If you have ever had trouble finding clothes long enough, then our clothes will suit you. However, being not-quite-as-vertically-blessed you will probably need to roll up sleeves and take up the pants.

Yes they are longer in length, varies a bit depending on garment style though.

What size waist is the 24?
Waist is 110cm, may vary 1 or 2 cm depending on garment style

Do you make pyjamas?
No, not yet, but possibly we will be able to bring some in from an overseas tall company .

Are your jeans the stretchy denim?
Classic and the high rise are stretchy, but not the low rise.

Do any of your pants come with elastic waist bands?
All the track pants do, and the black pants in sizes 22 and 24 have a strip of elastic in the waist band on each hip

Please come to Newcastle Charlestown Square or Westfield Kotara would be fantastic sites for you. Your kind of shop is really needed in this area.

Im 6 foot 2 and am wondering if your jeans will be long enough for me. Also what size in your jeans would be comparable to a Katies 18 in their 16-26
Long enough depends on you leg length, as people the same height can have different leg length. Measure the inseam of the jean from crutch to bottom of hem. Ours are at least 36 inch and our model is Shelley who is also 6 foot 2. Regarding the sizing, measure around the inside of the waistband on your jeans and we can tell you the matching size in our jeans.

Will you be doing tops for the older woman ie not figure-hugging but smart long loose tops?
In time we will, but as we are still a relatively new business, we can only stock lines that we are confident there will be good turnover in.

i have big feet for an 18 year old girl where are some good shops in sydney to buy them type of shoes with a large variety

no, but if you tell me the style you are after, I can give them to the neighbours dog for half an hour, and that should do it.

Hi there it would be handy to know the rise height on the jeans as this would allow me to know if I could go the low rise
If you would like to know the rise of a specific style and size just send us an email. Each size has a different rise and thus it is too much detail to list for each style of jean

are your tops long enough for people with long torso 6ft plus tall?
Sure are. Shelley who features in a lot of the photos is 6 foot 2, and Kathleen is 6 foot.

Do the Classic Black Pants have a generous crotch length? Are they lose around the bottom? I am normally between a 10 and 12 in pants depending on
The black pants are a reasonably figgure hugging fit, so if between a 10 and a 12, go the 12 so you get a bit of space in the bottom area.

Can you please tell me what the rise is like on the black pants - hipster or more higher waisted?
Not hipster, more on the higher side of a medium rise.

would you consider opening a vertically blessed store just with your own products.
We would like to one day, when we have a larger range and the dollars to do it.

Sorry to say for your Aunty, no. There is very little demand for smaller then size 10, and we have issues with minimum quantities when we are ordering from overseas.

I would love to get some linen pants. At present i get all my clothes from long-tall-sally in the UK.
Once we build up a larger customer base, we will do many more pants. Two styles of pants coming for summer, more for next winter.

What size is a 24inch waist?

I'm assuming you are after the waist measurement for a size 24 in inches, which would be about 43inches. If it is your waist that measures 24inches, then you would be too small for any of our clothes.

What does on the higher side of medium rise mean do you mean 2cm below the waist or 4 cm below the waist as the long tall sally range from the uk?

It depends on just how high your rise is, but on me the new high rise jean 6528 sit almost on my belly button, and the new medium rise jean 6527 sit 2-3 cm below my belly button, so not as low as Long Tall Sally.

I would like to purchase a colour other than black in dress pants.

We are not far off releasing a new label of tall womens pants which will include a style of classic pant in 3 colours other than black, so stay tuned.

Pantyhose - my daughter 179cm tall (sz 12-14) has much trouble sourcing p/hose long enough - do you stock them?

No sorry we don't. It is something we will look into as we expand.

I generally get offered mens jeans because I want a pair of truly waisted jeans, but they gape at the back. Do you plan on making waisted jeans that allow for a proportionally smaller waist?

Our high rise jean code 6528 is designed as a womens jean, and thus comes in at the waist, so maybe give them a go.

Do you have long nighties and dressing gowns - size 16 please.

Hello, I have recently moved to Australia from Canada and I am so happy to see that there is a store that caters to tall women here. You seem to be the only one that I can find. I was wondering if there are any boutiques in NSW that sell your clothing or if I have to purchase online. Thank you for your help

No stockists in NSW. We have tried, but stores don't see the demand for our product, so online ordering it will have to be.

I\'m really interested in your classic black pants (they are great) and see you are looking to make them in other colours. What other colours are you looking to make them in as I\'d love a pair in charcoal grey?

Grey and a mocca brown are now in production with more of the black, due to arrive in our warehouse in April.

It is really going to be based on your leg length. Some women have more length in the upper body, others much more length in the legs. Try by measuring the inseam of a pair of pants you currently have. Our inseam is 91.5cm.

Don't think you will have luck finding one in Australia, best chance is with Long Tall Sally in the UK.

Are you looking at doing polo shirts or pyjamas??

Have been wanting to do pjs for quite some time. To produce our own overseas we need to do very large quantities, so are trying to buy a small batch off an overseas company but not having any luck in finding what we want. Have done a polo before, still a few grey left, hope to bring in a new style for this winter.
